Ospreys Committee
President – Alice Bush
Alice is a 3rd Year Natural Scientist from Jesus College. She represented the Cambridge University Women’s Lacrosse Blue teams during the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons. Having held the position of president of CUWLC for the past year she is excited to get more involved with Ospreys and try to continue to drive the society forward. She has now retired from Lacrosse and is looking to play University Tennis during the coming year.
Vice President – Emma Byatt
Emma is a 3rd year Natural Scientist from Jesus College. She currently represents Cambridge University in Squash, Modern Pentathlon and Fencing. Last year she captained the Ladies’ Modern Pentathlon and 2nd V Squash.
Secretary – Isabel Boanas-Evans
Isabel is a 4th year Engineer from Murray Edwards. She represented Cambridge University Women’s Boat Club in the boat race in 2011 and won as president in 2012. Unfortunately her rowing career is now over and so is looking to expand her sporting horizons.
Treasurer – Tory Brown
Tory is a 4th Year Engineer from Murray Edwards. She has been a member of the Cambridge University Mixed Lacrosse Club for the past 3 years and will continue to play last year. Having sat on the Ospreys committee last year as a general officer, she is keen to get more involved with the Ospreys this year in her new role as treasurer. She is also CULC president for 2012/13.
Events Officers – Ellie Marsh & Susannah Stott
Susannah is a 4th Year Engineer from Pembroke. She has been a member of the Cambridge University Women’s Hockey Blues team for the last 2 years and intends to continue to play hockey throughout 4th year.
Ellie is a 3rd Year Natural Scientist from Homerton. She is also a hockey player and has played for the university second team for the past year. She is also this years secretary of the Cambridge University Hockey Club.
Kit Officer – Isabel Foster
Isabel is a 3rd Year Geographer from St Johns. She represented the Cambridge University Women’s Lacrosse Blues team during the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons and captained the team in an undefeated season including Varsity victory and the BUCS National Championship in 2012.
Alumni Officer – Anna Harrison
Anna is a 4th Year Engineer from Trinity. She has represented the Cambridge University Women’s Lacrosse Blues team for the past 3 seasons and captained the team during the 2010/11 season. This year she hopes to diversify her sports and play blues netball. Having acted as President last year in what was a very exciting year, Anna is keen to stay involved with the society and try to strengthen our links with Alumni and help shape the future of Ospreys.
